Midtown Indy
The area known as the midtown region of Indianapolis is home to nearly 50,000 residents living in thriving, historic neighborhoods. A 12-mile square area located between the waterways (White River and Fall Creek), Midtown serves as a gateway to both the north side and downtown Indianapolis.
With world class museums, beautiful gardens, and venues for the visual and performing arts, there’s something for everyone to enjoy regardless of the season. And thanks to high-impact new developments, revitalization of depressed commercial nodes, collaborative community programs, new residents moving in from outside the area, the entry of new businesses large and small—these all serve as catalysts for advancing the quality of life in Midtown.
