Hinkle Fieldhouse: Hoops, History, and Magic (Virtual)
Recommended for prospective students of all ages.
Monday, March 15, 7:00–8:00 PM ET
Butler University's Hinkle Fieldhouse is one of the host venues for this year's NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament, and we want you to be a part of the excitement! This one-of-a-kind virtual admission event will take you behind the scenes of Hinkle Fieldhouse, giving you a glimpse into the secrets, history, and magic of Indiana's beloved basketball cathedral. Current students will talk about their own lives at Butler, share what it's like to experience a typical game day, and take you along on a quick virtual tour of portions of campus. You'll even get to meet Butler Blue IV, our new live mascot.
Whether you're a diehard basketball fan or a casual observer wanting to learn more about the Butler student experience, this event is for you!
Transfer Visits (Virtual)
Interested in transferring to Butler University? Meet one-on-one via Zoom with an admission counselor to discuss applying and transferring credits.
Explore Butler (Virtual)
Tuesdays at 2:30 PM | Wednesdays at 4:00 PM | Fridays at 10:30 AM
These online information sessions are in a webinar format (don't worry—you're not on camera!) and include a live delivery of our standard daily campus visit presentation and time for Q&A. An admission counselor will provide a general overview of campus, the Butler student experience, our academic colleges and majors, and the admission process.
Offered Mondays and Fridays at 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 2:30 PM ET; Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM ET; and Wednesdays at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM ET
Explore Butler is our standard, daily campus visit program and includes a 30-minute information session followed by a 60-90-minute tour of campus. An admission counselor will provide a general overview of campus, the Butler student experience, our academic colleges and majors, and the admission process. You can expect this visit to last around 2-3 hours. We recommend you register at least two weeks prior to your visit to ensure there is available space, and all visiting students should submit a separate registration.
