Academic Advisor & Advisee Responsibilities

The academic advisor/advisee relationship is one of the most important relationships a student will have while a student. The academic advisor will guide the student through their academic journey by helping them understand the curriculum of their program of study, schedule their classes, and connect and utilize the many areas and departments that make up the university community. The academic advisor will also help the student understand the student’s responsibilities with the academic advisor/advisee relationship.
