Why Founder’s College

Earning a college degree helps build a foundation that leads to lifelong career skills. But the high cost of college, inflexible course schedules, and other barriers can put that future out of reach. Founder’s College at Butler University is different.

We’ve designed a way for Indianapolis-area students to achieve their higher education goals with two-year associate’s degrees in Business Data Analytics, Business Management Studies, Healthcare Studies, and Youth and Community Advocacy—all with little to no cost.

Because Founder’s College was intentionally designed for students with limited financial resources, financial aid is expected to cover all or nearly all of your tuition and fees. You can also expect to receive a meal plan, books, and a laptop within your financial aid package. Financial constraints will not hinder your academic pursuits.

As a student, you’ll work side-by-side with Butler students across campus, earning a degree that can improve your career prospects, or even lead to an affordable four-year bachelor’s degree at Butler or beyond.

We’ll work with you to find an academic path that fits your goals, along with a schedule that fits your life. And you’ll get the full college experience, with dedicated professors, outstanding facilities, extensive career services, and so much more.
